Step Into Our Garage

Garages are homes to cars, bicycles and an array of seasonal items. And they often act as additional storage space to one’s home.
(In suburbia they often act as clubhouses for men. That’s an entirely different blog though.)
As a result garages (and sheds) often attract items that just don’t fit anywhere else. De-clutter these dumping grounds to better organize tools, sports equipment, outdoor accessories, gardening paraphilia and other miscellanea, as spring approaches.
Designate zones (i.e. gardening, sports, tools etc…)
Use adjustable shelving or customized shelves and don’t be afraid to add colour!
Incorporate a mixture of closed and open storage and utilize vertical wall space around the garage perimeter
Hang out!
Check out Making It Lovely (for those who own garages that don’t act as clubhouses)!
